Blue Vervain
Verbena hastata
Blue Vervain is a unique, bitter, and a potent relaxing nervine. It was considered a sacred plant to the druids.
This botanical relaxant supports the nervous system, offering subtle antianxiety and mood-lifting effects. Its sedative-like qualities can help calm restlessness, making it a gentle aid for falling asleep and staying asleep.
Spagyric Tincture of Blue Vervain in Organic Cane Alcohol and Distilled Water.
1oz (30mL) Miron Violet Glass Bottle
Bitter, acrid, and cooling.
Dosage: 3 drops to 40 drops
Caution: too much can cause nausea
Pairs well with:
Ashwagandha
Blue Lotus
Lucid Dreams
Lotus Trinity
Pedicularis Bracteosa
Why it pairs well with others:
Blue Vervain, when paired with other herbs, acts as a director. It opens the spaces and allows for flow, thus allowing the herbs it is with to more easily go where they are needed.
